((OCC:// Let's see how we meet Kaylee...IN ROLEPLAY FORM! Don't forget Kaylee disappered in 1998 ^-^))
Battre had noitced something odd about July 31st, 2022. Things seemed to either repeat themselves or not happen at all. Sure it was Harry Potter's birthday, yet the time stream seemed just plain off.
***
Earlier that day Battre la Foule walked through the front door of Number 12, which was not out of the norm. Normally Battre was over to hang with Siruis or help Ginny with the Garden, or even teach a little magic to the youngest brother, Albus, yet today was an even better day. Today was Harry Potter's birthday, and the atmosphere in the house was great and cheery.
In no time flat Battre found himself face to face with the birthday man himself. "Happy Birthday Harry!" said Battre giving the near father a hug.
Harry Potter had been the father figure in Battre's life. Harry helped with a lot of things including his first trip into Diagon Alley. It had been a semi-hot day and Battre, living at the Leaky Cauldren, had gottena letter from Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. It was one of the most happiest moments of his life. THe most happiest happen in 2011, when he was just 5. He saw a remake of the musical 'Legally Blonde.' His parents, then, still alive, had gotten the tickets from a Charity Drawing for War torn wizards and witches. His parents where happy people and loved to help someone in need. However, that became their downfall. A 'Death Eater' upriseing happened and Battre's parents became victims of the Killing Curse.
Battre nearly deleted that part of his memory out, however he could never listen to another Legally Blonde song again. "Any chance you know where Siruis is?"
"He's...um..somewhere. SIRUIS!" Harry yelled for his eldest son.

Today was a special day in the Potter household. Not a terribaly special day, but enough that there would be a party happening that night, and the three children were gathered upstairs in the attic trying to figure out the best present to give to their father. It was after all, Harry Potter's birthday.
"I think we should get him a niffler!" cried the middle child, Albus.
"You're the one that wants a niffler," the only girl, a small redhead said. "What do you think Sirius?" she said, turning to their older brother.
"I dunno. I thought of the present last year, and the year before, and the year before, and all the Christmas's inbetween. Why don't you two come up with something for once!" he said to his younger siblings, knowing that wouldn't work out very well.
Then suddenly there was a call from downstairs. It was their father, calling for Sirius. "Shi- I mean crap." Sirius said, doing his best to not curse so much in front of his younger siblings. It's just weirder when you're around siblings for some reason. "Hey, you two figure something out, and I'll sign my name to it. You know oppisite of how it worked all the years before now." And with that the boy and girl nodded and Sirius took off running down the stairs.
"Yeah, dad?" he said when he reached the foot of the stairs, and then saw Battre and his father in the family room. "Hey, Tyler!" he said brightly, then turning back to his dad to see why he called him.
ooc;; kaylee will come in next post. =P

"I'll leave you to it then, Honny where are my green socks!" Harry shouted up the stairs as he walked into the kichen.
"Hey James! Still trying to fi-" There was an odd shake in the air. "Find a gift? Here let me help, considering your younger siblings will be of no help, let every year." Battre went of the stairs two by two, as he normally did with all house hold stairs until he got to the attic.
The attic of Number 12 was always full of old stuff from when the REAL Siruis Black was alive. Harry often told storys of him and his daughter, Kaylee. From what i sounded Kaylee and Battre would be able to get along, maybe bite each others heads off, yet none the less hang out. Battre greeted the younger Potter's just as he heard talking from downstairs that sounded like the Weasleys entered the house. The younger potter's ran off to play with their couisins. "How many cousins do you have again James?" Battre laughed a little as he flet another distrubence in the air.
Battre rumaged through a box that said "Kaylee's Things." In it he found and old journal, some paper, a bunch of custom designed robes and a note attached saying, "Kaylee, Had these designed for you. Hope you love them as much as I do. From your friend, Morté J. Luné. The letter was dated Aug. 5th 1997. This letter was really old.
Morté J. Luné...Battre had heard that name before, ~Guess I'll ask Harry later.~

Sirius stared at his dad for a moment, but quickly shrugged off his attention span, and turned back to Tyler. He offered to help him with the present, also calling him James. Sirius shrugged it off; Battre was one of the only kids who could get away with calling him that outside of the family, so it was okay. The two boys wandered back up the stairs to the attic, Battre taking them two by two as Sirius often did, but Sirius was also six foot two in height, making that more natural for him.
When they reached the attic the two younger siblings had yet to find something for a suitable gift for their father, and were pleading their older brother to let them just go and hang out with their cousins down stairs out outside. Sirius agreed that they would be no more help v here rather than out there so let them go. The two happily ran down stairs, seeing as they were in fourth and second year, it was understandable to still just want to run around outside and play with their cousins.
"How many cousins do you have again James?"
“Oh, god must be near twelve or so.” Sirius replied to Battre’s question simply. He knew he had a rather large family compared to most, but that was something he found sort of unique. Sometimes it seemed that half the school was related to him because of all the Weasley’s. And it was all because his mum was the only girl that they all had the same last name except for him.
*x*x*x*x*x*x*
Meanwhile, on July 31st 1998, Grimuald Place was as run down as ever looking, and it was occupied by very few people now a days. Mostly because with Albus Dumbledore gone, there was no longer a secret keeper for the hidden home, meaning there was greater risk anybody could find it. But for tonight, there would be a small gathering for Harry Potter’s seventeenth birthday, hosted in his own house, now that Sirius had passed away. Knowing his own daughter, Kaylee would have no desire to step foot in there again once he was gone, because of the things they had accomplished together there. Such as her becoming an animagus, or learning to apparate or even just her own birthdays, the only one the father and daughter had ever shared together.
Today though, Kaylee was there and actually had been for days, weeks. She still was able to go there, weather her god brother Harry owned it or not, she was still a Black descendent and a pure blood and able to get into the home without a problem. Except for the shrieking portrait of her grandmother hanging on the wall; every time Kaylee saw it, she wished to just tear it off the wall and set it to flames. But for now, she was up in her room, her father’s room. The two had shared it because they had roomed so many other Order members when it was being used as Head Quarters for the Order of the Phoenix.
Kaylee was sitting on the bed, wearing her usual jeans with the tattered bottoms, and a grey tank top, her long wavy rich black hair was pulled back in a low pony tail and reached almost three quarters of the way down her back when sitting. Her emerald green eyes scanned the page of a journal her father had once written in. He had been trying to figure out how to go back in time. Probably to change something or another that had happened. Kaylee did not need to know what, just had to hope that the spell worked. It did not say anything under it except for “experimental”, but a lot of the time, things said that and her father had forgotten to scribble it out when he fixed the spell. Hopefully that was the case today.
Kaylee pulled her wand off the bedside table, and raised it with her right arm and started to swish it as instructed and say a extremely short incantation that was written. Suddenly she felt the entire ancient house shake around her, and that lasted a long decent amount of time. She hoped that was the effect of her spell, and not a death eater attack or something. Soon enough though, it stopped but something seemed rather… different.
Like the whole room looked differently. The covers were still Gryffindor shades, but they were all cleaned and new looking. All her spell books were no longer askew all over the floor, but on shelves, the way they belonged. There were no feathers from the Hippogriff Buckbeak, who had lived there for so long and she had never picked up after. The room seemed as though it had been cleaned recently and not about a thousand years ago as he had only moments before. The lights worked better, and the room seemed to be brighter in general. More… What was the word for it… happy?
Kaylee stood up, and noticed that the journal she had just been reading out of was gone, no longer where she had it only moments before, in front of her on the bed. This was all weird, the spell was to take her to what she wished to see. Which, of course, there were two things, one she wanted more than all was to see her dad before he rushed off to the Ministry of Magic so she could stop him. So maybe, he could be attending Harry’s seventeenth birthday party with her. But in the back of her head, she had wanted to see if there was ever a time when the war would be over. Neither seemed to have worked, it only seemed to have cleaned her room.
Then she decided to go out, and see if anything else had changed. Perhaps she was remembering it wrong, and that seeing as she had been at Hogwarts, maybe her father had gotten around to cleaning up a bit with his lack of anything else to do. She always knew how much he hated being cooped up in the old house. She had felt the same way about her old home. When she walked out into the hall, she realized something was missing. The elf heads were no longer hanging along the hall, and it was brightly lit. She followed the stairs up slowly, this was way too weird.
With her wand held out in front of her, Kaylee finally made her way up to the attic, and saw that the door was not closed fully. That was weird, she always left the attic shut when she left, and no one else dared to go up there. She heard voices inside, and did not recognize either of them. Cautiously, Kaylee started to push the door open, and see who was there, still with her wand at the ready for anything.
Ooc;; I shall let Battre be the first to react, shall I? My post has been long enough, I believe. =D

((OCC:// Thanks ^-^))
Battre had been looking through some old boxes and found one of some elf heads. "Eww! Why in hell did Harry keep these?" Battre ssaid sliding the box over to Siruis. Just as he did so the house vibrated a little as if somes cell went on super vibrate and there was movement heard downstairs. Battre shruged it off thinking it was the kids playing downstairs with their new wands.
The attic had a lot of old magical things in it, mostly belonging to the Black family, and half of them dangerous. Never once has Battre found not interesting. Battre heard creaking on the stairs leading into the attic and the attic door moveing. ~Everyone is downstairs we would've heard more steps if they came from there.~ Instantly he turned around wand at the ready and shouted, "Expulser!" A violent shade of red erupted from Battre's wand and headed straight toward the girl.

As Battre fished through boxes and found one with severed elf heads in it, Sirius could not help but laugh. "They're up here because he got them down, but couldn't get them out." Sirius walked over and pushed that box aside and closed it, witha disgusted look on his face. It was a funny thought that they could not be removed from the house for reason of some magical enchantment, but it was still gross to know you have severed elf heads in your attic.
The two boys were suddenly on gaurd as Sirius noticed that Battre also heard the creeking of the old rickity steps to the attic and knew that something was not right. Surley they would have heard someone coming before now if they had started all the way down stairs, those steps were noisy as all get out. Sirius had his wand drawn and shortly noticed Battre had the same idea and was soon first to act as the door opened...
*x*x*x*x*
Kaylee was not sure what had happened, but as soon as she had pushed the door open a red light came soaring toward her and she simply waved her wand in front of it lazily and without a word she cast a sheild charm. The seventeen year old had seen far enough to know that that had been a pretty useful spell but not one that would have needed deflected by anything more than a simple sheild charm. Red beams were generally a mild hex of some sort.
"What the hell, that's a nice way to greet someone." she said in her always sarcastic tone, and looked from one boy to another now that she was in the opened doorway and could see them both clearly. They were almost oposites for body build, one was skinier and the other muscular, one average height and the other rather tall. "What are you doing here anyway?" she asked with suspicion on her face. If she had gone back in time, one of those boys should have been her father a good two years prior almost... So she obviously was not in the past.
*x*x*x*x*
Sirius looked at this girl with pure confusion. "I live here, what the fuck are you doing here?" he said with a very confused tone that he was attempting to push out of his voice, but obviously was not doing a very good job at. "This is my house." he said and the girl just staired at him as though he were crazy.
ooc;; OH MY GOD. this post is HORRIBLE. sorry. =/

Before Battre could instert a witty comment Siruis beat him to it. Being a very good ad-libber, lier, and smooth talker Battre quickly noticed the spell she used and quickly said before she could say anything, "Don't even think about attacking us! Our spells are much better and more advaced than yours. Also considering your clothes are 22 years out of..." Battre slowed down as he came to the final soultion to the math problem that had been adding 2+Old spells. "Your, your..." Battre couldn't find words to speak. "I- I-You can't be here! You can't! Say the spell and go back!"
Battre started pushing the girl which he figured out was none other than Kaylee Black, a girl that had gone missing 22 years ago. Harry told Siruis and Battre about her, and thaty was why the name looked faimiler on the letter.

Turning to the more muscular boy, Kaylee gave him a small taste of her evil glare and he did his best to stair coldly back with his gray eyes, her emerald ones just over powering him. "What are you talking about, you don't---" But before she could finnish retorting to his questions, the skinier boy started to talk to her. This one had far more to say.
Kaylee looked at the boy in surprise, but only for a short moment, as it quickly turned to an eye roll. An old spell? The sheild charm was not that old of a spell, maybe before her time, but that was not to long ago. Oh well, some people think stuff is old if its five years old. For Kaylee its old if its passed Voldemorts era. Now that is old! Then the boy went on to say there Kaylee's clothes were twenty two years out of style. She rolled her eyes once more, this time slightly annoyed. Yes, her clothes were not all up to date, but who has time for that when they're running for their life from evil all the time? Yeah. Exactly.
Then she took a good look at the two boys in front of her. Their clothes were a little different looking. Not newer, just... completely different in style. Oh well, not one question peoples appearance she shrugged it off. "Wait, what the---" he had started stuttering and then exclaimed that she needed to say a spell and go back. "Listen kid." Kaylee said with agitation in her voice. "I know spells you've never seen. Trust me. And I don't even know what you're talking about, "say the spell and go back"?"
The boy who had spoken last started pushing her. "Bloody hell, what's your problem?" she said walking back into the room with ease around the boy, a charm that she had made up herself that would get her passed anyone trying to keep her out of a high security place. She used it once to get into a club type bar thing with a friend, and several times to get into the ministry of magic when she shouldn't be there.
"This is my house after all."
*x*x*x*x*x*
Sirius basicaly watched as the girl argued with short winded banter back to Battre, and smirked. She really did like to be right, he could tell she would be a hard one to prove wrong. But the last thing she said, after somehow getting past Battre as he tried pushing her frantically out the door, for what reason, Sirius was not sure. The girl did seem familiar, and then it hit him.
She was in pictures with his father when he was his age. She was that girl that disapeared... Kaylee... Black? Sirius's daughter... Yes, that was it. When she said, "This is my house, after all." he was sure his assumption was right. But how the heck was this supposed to work? She's been missing for twenty something years and shows up the same age? Weird. "What's your name? I asked you who the hell you were already." he asked her just to keep calm because his racing mind would not tolorate any anger at the moment. He has an extremely short temper, after all.

As Battre was trying to push her out she simply glided past him as if he were air. "Spells I've never seen? Highly doubt it." Battre was suprised at how she could be almost as dense as Siruis to what was going on. She didn't know that she travel 22 years into the future. And then Siruis chimed, "What's your name? I asked you who the hell you were already."
Following suit in yelling Battre said, "JAMES SIRUIS POTTER! Can you be that dense! She's Kaylee Black!" Battre then turned to Kaylee and said with a still threating tone, however lighter than the one he used. "AND YOU, miss prissy! You, are 22 years ahead of where you should be, now take your 20th centery self out of Harry Potter's house or I'll do so by force!" During all of this yelling Battre didn't hear the footsteps on the stairs.
*~*~*~*~*~*
Harry Potter had been enjoying some nice cake made by Hermione Granger-Weasley when he heard screaming from his eldest son Siruis and his almost son Battre. He quickly excused himself from the table and traveled up the stairs. He walked into the attic, "What in Dumbledore's name is..." Harry stoped in mid-setence at looked right at Kaylee. His eyes rolled into the back of his head and he crashed to the floor.
"Harry!" Battre sais as he rushed to his side.

"Spells I've never seen? Highly doubt it."
"Oh, you would be surprised." Kaylee said, though decided to leave it at that. She really did not want to get to fired up right now, this was definatly weird. Though, at this point she had pretty much put two and two together. This was her future, but probably one that did not have her in it. It was weird to think of, but it made perfect sense. Everything was cleaned up and nice looking, nothing was old and musty, the elf heads were up here boxed up and set up here in the only room that seemed as though it belonged to Grimuald Place.
She really had thought this through and still had her hand clutched tightly around her wand protectivly. If this was the case, yes she had spells that had never left her mind, but they had ones that she had never thought of. Ever. This did not make them as entirely evenly matched as she would like, though that was a challange she was willing to take. That would be fun, of course, dueling with someone with far more advanced magic than herself. Because maybe, she would find a weak point in a new spell and it would work in her favor. She did not know if the teachers of this time, how ever far in the future it was, were as committed as the ones of the time she grew up in.
"JAMES SIRUIS POTTER! Can you be that dense! She's Kaylee Black!"
As she finally came to this conclusion, the skinnier boy basically started yelling when she was about to retort to the muscular one. So the taller one was James Sirius Potter eh? So Harry's decendent for sure, but how far into the future? Surely only a generation or two. But how did he know who the hell she was? She had never done anything to make her famous or anything, unlike Harry and the others. She had always been an under ground person for the Order, doing what her father could not.
"I know that you dumb ass!" the boy named James Sirius yelled back to the other. "God, did you really want me to freak out and cast some spell that could have someone wind up in Mungo's?" he asked with a small amount of fury.
"AND YOU, miss prissy! You, are 22 years ahead of where you should be, now take your 20th centery self out of Harry Potter's house or I'll do so by force!"
Hmmmmm. So, twenty two years ahead of where she should be. Well, that meant this had to be Harry's--- Her thoughts were taken to what the boy said next. Harry Potter's house? Kaylee never thought in a million years Harry would keep her father's home to live in. Maybe just so no one else had to, and to keep Dung out of it, but not to live in. That was a surprise to her in the least, and it showed. "Oh, you will not remove me from this house. No matter how hard you try. I won't go back to my own time, not just yet at least." she said with a tone as cold as ice.
She did not stop there, oh no, not Kaylee. When she gets angered, she could go on for hours. "You skinny little ass--" she was interupted. With a groan, Kaylee looked over to the door as she heard a slightly familiar voice from behind. When she turned around fully she saw a skinny wizard with unruley black hair and glasses with green eyes hiding behind them. She recodnised him imeadiatly, even without the give away of the lightning bolt scar. It was a twenty two year older Harry Potter.
As Harry saw Kaylee their green eyes met for only half a second, and Harry's rolled to the back of his skull and he fell over. Kaylee rolled her eyes, Harry had surley seen far more weirder things than this before, but I guess at his current age, not for a long while. Sirius on the other hand, was at his dad's stride in one stride of his long legs. "Dad..." he said unsure. His dad really had never done that before.
"Uhhhh, common people." Kaylee said and waved her wand once more. The seventeen year old had a spell she had learned from her father when she was fourteen, that would awaken anyone after a small fainting spell. She then waited three, watching the smart ass and Harry's son, who seemed to have a bad mouth language wise, and seemed to have inherited Harry's short temper. And if him and Ginny stayed together... Well the two of them had firey tempers that's for sure. She now waited for Harry to stir and something else to happen.

Without even waiting for Harry, Battre got up from his knees and pointed his wand right at Kaylee's throut. "Don't back ass me. If Morté were still alive, and you weren't friends, he'd have you halfway across Britan right now!" Battre couldn't handle how stundy this girl was. She didn't belong in this time period, any more time here and she could alter the time stream, as if it was messed up still from a few incendents...
Harry felt blood return to his head and he blinked hi eyes open. There he saw his eldest son over him. "What the...I thought I saw Kaylee..." His words slowed to a stop as he sat up and saw Battre's wand sticking her throut. "Tyler, remove your wand at once!"
Battre simply did not respond and held his wand strong. "I will not remov-" Battre felt a weight hit is shoulders and he crumpled down unto the floor from the jinx. His wand hit the floor with a slight dink of wood upon wood. Harry's wand went back into his pocket.
Harry looked at Kaylee. "Your...Alive?" Harry went up and gave her a rather large hug. Harry hadn't seen, or heard from Kaylee in over 22 years. Seeing her again was like a kid walking into a candy store, pure delight. "I can't beielve my own eyes."
"Hullo, still traped on floor here!" Battre quickly chimed in.

Battre had gone up and pointed the wand at Kaylee's throat. She had the most mischeviously evil smirk on her face, as though planning something horrible inside that evil genius brain of hers. She was surprised though, when he mentioned a friend of her's, Morte. Though, surprised as she was, the cold look in her eyes did not fade as the boy continued to hold his wand to her throat. She figured he was probably worried about the time line, but of course, if she disapeared in the past, then this would be the be the future that came out of it? Right? She would figure that out herself later, it was not as much a concern right now. "Morte could have done that yes. But he would have had an equal retort waiting for him the minute I got back." she said calmly and evenly. "And how the hell do you even know Morte, anyway?"
Sirius sat there while his dad stirred only moments after Kaylee had waved her wand, and just after Battre started to basically threaten the girl. When his dad woke up, he said that he thought he saw Kaylee and Sirius said, "Well. You did." and pointed over at her, with an odd smile on his face. One of confusion and one of amazment. This girl, had after all been gone for about twenty two years and now showed up in his house. Talk about weird.
Harry ordered the boy to remove his wand. His named was Tyler apparently. Kaylee's emerald eyes gave a flicker of dissapointment but it faded imeadiatly. She after all, was always up for a good duel or something. Lots of fun, always. Then Harry had pulled out his wand, and Kaylee had not only known that he would the moment Tyler said he would not remove his wand, and now he was trapped to the floor, and Kaylee let out a small laugh, as did the boy that was Harry's son.
Suddenly Harry staired at her for a short moment, and said in amazment, "Your.... Alive?" Kaylee looked at him simply through her emerald eyes, her trademark dark eyeshadow behind them and said, "Well of course I'm alive! I refuse to die." A smirk played on her face as she said that, and then Harry embraced her in a big hug. He said he could not believe his own eyes. Kaylee, hugging him back, and holding him tight said, "Neither can I."
The boy named Tyler yelled at them from the floor. "Well obviously you're still trapped to the floor. We didn't let you up yet." she said with a slightly aggitated tone. "Are both of these your's?" she asked with a raised eyebrow. "I approve of the taller one. James this one called him. He's cool. I'm finding the other to get on my nerves a little."
