It was only one weekend before school was to start with a brand new term at Hogwarts and of course everyone was excited beyond all belief, right? No. At least, not for a certian boy whom was still dead asleep on his bed, covers askew everywhere, pillows fallen off the bed, his dark hair a mess from being soaked the night before when he fell asleep. His grey blue eyes were closed and a light snore escaped his lips every so often.
Around noon the boy finally rolled off of his bed and looked out the window. Nobody in the yard. He got up only wearing his boxers the night before he now pulled gym shorts over them and went down stairs. Nobody there either. That was when Sirius Potter came to the realisation that his parents must have taken his younger sister and brother shopping for their school supplies already, leaving him to sleep because he intended to go with a friend anyway. Of course, his friend had never owled him back, so he was not sure how well that plan was going now.
So Sirius walked back upstairs to take a shower and then went to his room, dressing in a pair of jeans that were not to tight and not to loose at all. A burgendy muscle shirt came along with that, lightly clinging to his sixpack abdomen that he has worked up in the passed year training to Quidditch. If it had not been so hot, he might have put an over shirt on, but the humidity just would't allow it today.
Now, being a sixth year, he did not have the legal standing to apparate to Diagon Ally, so instead he used the floo-powder that his parents left by the fire place. Within a ten minutes of getting dressed he was standing in the fire place and he dropped the little bit of floo-powder in his hand to the ground and said, "Leaky Cauldren." Because of course, he had to stop and get a drink before entering Diagon Ally.
When he arrived there, Sirius walked out of the fire place on the other end, and walked up to the bar and ordered a firewhiskey. One of his favorite drinks, of course he was an alcohol loving type of guy after all. When his drink arrived he walked over to an empty table and sat down trying to decide on weather or nto he wanted to get something to eat before he left aswell. Hmmmm. Maybe be would even run into someone he knew if he waited here long enough.

The day was boring, as always. Emmy had absolutely nothing to do. There was no one to talk to, because it was still early. She looked around the crowded streets, crowded with people she never know...Didn't talk to... So she kept going, making her way to the Leaky Cauldron, one of the places she knew would keep her entertained the majority of the day. If not all of it.
So she found the shaggy old tavern and entered, her jeans scraping against the wood floor. She sighed as she straightened out her tank top. Of course, only an idiot would be wearing a tank top in the slightly chilly weather, but it was just the way she was. She liked to be different, to stick out. That's why she had the cute black bow in her hair today, her short bangs all to one side.
As she walked to the bar she sighed, sitting in her normal corner. She ordered herself a bottle of butterbeer and a few shots of firewhiskey. She sighed and downed one of the shots before resting her forehead on the table. She was so bored. Why couldn't someone just come and talk to her? Why the hell did she have to spend her Saterday alone at a bar, drinking away her sorrows. [/size][/blockquote]

Pepper walked the crowded streets full of people of every shape and color. She recognized some people from school, but those were the people she never talked to. She would always give a small smile, to be friendly. However, they just ignored her and moved on. Pepper stopped at the Leaky Cauldren for a quick drink. She wasn't one to drink much, but today seemed fine enough.
Pepper sat a seat away from a guy who seemed her age. He looked rather familiar, so maybe they had a class together one year. She stared at the counter, fiddling with her fingers as she went through her mind trying to sort her thoughts. "What can I get you today?" the bartender asked in a monotonous way. Pepper's head shot up immediatly to meet his gaze. "Umm," was all she managed to say. She'd never really been here in a while, so she was out of ideas on what to get.
"Maybe you should come back to me," she explained, "Im still thinking". She looked back down at the counter in embarassment. It was easy for her to be embarrassed. "Alright, I'll be back in a few," the bartender replaid as he went to another customer.

In the passed few minutes, Sirius had watched at least a dozen people wander into the pub. No one had so much as acknowledged him yet, which could be a good thing, but it was sort of boring in here on your own. The first someone that really caught his eyes though, was a redhead he went to school with. He then stood up, firewhiskey in hand, and walked over to her. She seemed rather lonley over there on her own, so why not cheer her up a bit?
He walked over to the girl, and said, "Why don't you join me, over at my table?" and with that simple question, he flashed his cute smile and wandered back to his table, with the occasional back glance at her, making sure she was watching. With luck, she would join him. Usually girls did when he aproached them as he just had. Normally though, he might have stayed to talk, but the girl not far from him seemed to have been having trouble choosing a drink for herself. So he headed there next.
She sat there on her own aswell, and the bartender had left her to make her decision. He sat back down at his table near by, but looked over there, and tried to catch her attention, and help at the same time. "If you're not interested in butterbeer like the rest of the world, I would suggest Firewhiskey. It's one of my personal favorites." He waited for her to respond, and in the mean time, he had finnished off his own glass of firewhiskey, and ordered another.
Of course, Sirius was still waiting on the redhead to join him, now wondering if she was even going to show up, or if he had shown a non-interest by talking to the other girl, aswell. Hopefully not, because he wanted to talk with both of them before finally going into Diagon Ally to aquire all the books and quills and robes and such he would need for the term coming so very fast. He figured though, at the moment, enjoy what was left of his summer. Flirt, drink, and be happy.

As a couple minutes passed, Pepper was still sitting alone debating with herself on what to drink. The guy near her had gotten up to talk to the red-head girl on her other side. The girl seemed unresponive. Maybe she wanted to be alone? Who knew. Before Pepper knew it, he was also attempting to talk to her. He was helping her choose which drink to get.
Of course, Pepper wasn't particularly sure he was talking to her. So, she turned around to make herself positive. To her suprise, he was talking to her. He created a cute, charming smile on his face like they all do. "Thanks for the advice," Pepper was able to smile back, "Im not like the rest of the world, so I guess I'll get the Firewhiskey". She turned back around to order, but the bartender overheard and he had already given the beverage to her.
She wasn't entirely sure if he wanted her to sit with him. So, she stayed in her spot, beginning to drink the beverage before her. She lifted her head to see the time on the clock above the bar. It was still early, so she had plenty of time to stay here for a while and get everything she needed for school.

Battre la Foule, rather known as Tyler, arose from his bed in the Leaky Cauldren. It seemed to staret off as a hot and humid day. The brown haired boy quickly jumped out of bed and threw on a light tee shirt and jean shorts as a muggle train rocked his room. Battre knew this had to be the day he got the whole 3 things he ever needed, new robes, wand checkup, and a new spell book. Battre opened the window and found it was hotter outside than it could ever be inside and shut it almost at once.
"God! If only I could change London's weather." Battre said as he walked out of room 1B. In order to get to Diagon Ally he had to go through the bar area, which was never busy at this time of day. So, down the stairs he went and he noitced a odd thing, the bar was relitivly busy! Battre notice two people almost instantly, Sirius Potter and Melissa Dunst, there was another girl he didn't recongize.
Battre walked over to the bar and ordered a Butterbeer, dropped some change on the bar counter and walked up to where they were sitting. "Charming another, eh James?" He sat down on the chair that was still open. "Glad to see your not wasting your talents, Hi, um Melissa, right?" Battre loved doing this to people. One: Making things akward, and Two: Butting in on conversations. Battre waited for, a sure to be, interesting reply from wither Sirius or Melissa and doing so taking a sip of his Butterbeer.

Emmy had finished her few shots before James came up to her. She smirked a bit, she knew him. Oh how she knew him. Her cousin had dated his best friend, Keyton, for a while. So of course she knew him. She also went to ever quidditch match, so it was only natural. But, the boy was trying to hard to be a flirt. But, she was bored, so she might as well flirt back. So she grabbed her firewhiskey and walked to him, sitting down at the table. "Well if it isn't Mr.Superstar? How've you been James? Heard from Keyt and Cam lately?" She asked him about her cousin and his friend. They had decided to take Keyt to Australia so he could meet her mother.
When the other girl and boy approached, Emmy looked up at them a tad awkwardly. Sure, she was the party girl of the family, but she was also a Ravenclaw, and a scared one at that. She wanted to write and dance and be out of everyone's way, not surrounded by people who could most likely grow to hate her after a while. [/blockquote]

Pepper was still at the bar, waiting for something to happen. Nothing had been going on anywhere lately. She wanted something spontaneous to happen, like an Indiana Jones kind of thing. Well, maybe not. Indiana Jones is a little too far-fetched, but you get the point.
Suddenly, Tyler had recognized her from somewhere. She'd only seen him once or twice, but the name somehow stuck to her. She turned around in her seat to reply, when she saw the red-headed girl sitting there. They all seemed to have known eachother. She felt so left out in that little circle. She didn't know any of them that well. Yet, they all seemed to know her.
"Thats my name, and don't wear it out" she said with a small smile. She gave in. She picked up her Firehouse Whiskey and plopped herself in a chair at the table. "So, how do you guys know me? Everyone seems to know me, but I dont know them. Is my name on a bathroom wall or something?" she joked, knowing it was somehow lame. [/center]

"Yes it is, but thats besides the point. Nor do you want to know what it says about you." Battre smiled knowing the joke he made. He took another sip of his Butterbeer. It slipped down his throat warming his insides. It was early and Battre knew he shouldn't drink to fast or a lot yet the Butterbeer felt so good on this throat although being very warm inside the bar. "Listen, before Siruis here gets all flippy on me I'm going to get a few things." Battre started to walk and then instantly turning around at the Ravenclaw, and two Gryffindors and said, "Au Revoir, Sorry I didn't say hi to you Alice, and you, Siruis, keep your hand in your own pocket or I'll go right to your parents."
Battre then sat his drink down at the bar and took out his wand and walked into the back room. He tapped his wand in the pattern he learned not 5 years ago to his frist time in Diagon Alley. THE Harry Potter helped him. Battre was glad he met Harry, Harry helped him through getting all of his stuff. It was a fun time.
By now Battre had mindlessly walked through the crowd and got to the book store, somehow. He walked in and start at the bookshelves.

During the course of the passed five minutes, many things had happened. First, a boy that Sirius knew, and very well at that, came over to join them for a bit. Tyler was a good friend of Sirius's, and practically a brother in many ways. Such as he was at his house all the time during the summers. The two had a lot of laughs together of course. But Sirius knew that Tyler did not really approve of his drinking habbits, but still. At least he had stopped smoking -most of the time that is. Only when his friends offered it, he never wasted his money anymore.
"Yes, infact that was my goal." Sirius responded when Tyler asked if he was "charming another one" as he put it. Yes, every ,especially Tyler, living with him, knew that Sirius was a gigundo flirt. The other girl seemed slightly taken aback by the fact that Tyler knew her name. Sirius was not surprised, as his friend knew probably every in the whole freaking schools name weather he was friends with them or not.
"Sorry, hon. I don't know anything about a bathroom wall." Sirius shrugged as she asked. But of course, Tyler responded. With a cunning responce non the less, what could be expected? Then Tyler said something that made Sirius roll his eyes, and glare at his “brother”.
---and you, Siruis, keep your hand in your own pocket or I'll go right to your parents.
“You wouldn’t.” he called out as Ty left the pub, and at that, Sirius ordered another firewhiskey because he had run out. “So, Ali; that is right, I forgot about Cam being you’re cousin. Sorry ‘bout that. Keyt hasn’t said much since he got there. But I assume he’s too busy with Cam to drop me an owl any time soon.” Sirius said with a grin on his face, knowing Keyton’s ways all too well. Keyton was Sirius other “brother” sort of like Tyler, except with the same flirty ways as Sirius.
“So, are you enjoying the firewhiskey?” he absentmindedly asked Melissa. “By the way, I haven’t been properly introduced. Tyler tried to do that for me. I’m Sirius Potter.” Sirius took another sip of his drink, and set it down on the table momentarily. “And I only know you’re name through Tyler’s comment…” he said to her.

Pepper smiled to Tyler's reply on her question. Tyler seemed to know it was a joke, yet, Sirius seemed as though he thought she were serious. After Tyler had left, she still sat silent as she drank. Sirius had started a completely different convorsation with the red-headed girl. She was thinking about going back to her old seat.
A few seconds later, Sirius turned to her and started speaking to her. "Yes, its fine." She said, to his question. "So, you're a Potter?" She questioned, "I've never met a Potter...until now, of course." She seriously had never met a potter, she barely even knew what Harry Potter, his father, did. Of course he was a legend, but her father hadn't introduced her to the wizarding world until she was invited. Nor had he told her any stories.
As Pepper finished her Firehouse Whiskey, she pushed it slightly in front of her. She began to twirl it around for amusment. "Im sorry I hadn't asked this earlier," She said to the red-headed girl, "But What's your name?" She began to feel bad about ignoring her before. "Oh, and you all know my name is Melissa, but you can call me Millie or Pepper. Most people call me that, anyways." She hated it when people called her Melissa. Its like calling someone named brad, 'Bradford' to her.

Emmy tried to scoot closer to Sirius. She wasn't that used to people she didn't know, so she reached out her hand, resting it on Sirius's leg for comfort. "Alice..." She said simply to the girl. being a Ravenclaw, she was a tad shy, actually, more than a tad. Sure, she liked to perform...But that was about it. She hated being infront of people otherwise.
When Sirius gave her the update she chuckled. "Yeah. I've only gotten one owl from Cam. I wonder when they'll be back...I miss those two!" She giggled lightly before downing another shot. [/blockquote]

"I like Pepper. It's a cool name." Sirius said with a thoughtful look on his face. Her wanting to be called something else was sort of the same thing he had going on. He had introduced himself as Sirius, but Tyler had already called him by his correct name, James. He had no reason why, but James sounded so formal, and Sirius just seemed more... him? Well, honestly, it had started out as his parents pet name for him, then his cousins caught on, and by third year he was no longer introuducing himself as James Potter, but as Sirius Potter. "Yes, I'm a Potter." he said with a small grin to the familiar feeling of those words.
Sirius still, after all this time, found it slightly amusing that people thought it was so cool to meet a Potter, or his cousins, the Weasley's, or any of them at all. For some reason, just because they were like the heroes of the war, the children were like celebraties to some people as much as their parents are. Sirius had grown up with people saying stuff like, "You're going to be as important as your dad one day!" or "Are you an amazing seeker too? That would be three generations of Potters now!" And truth be told, Sirius was not a good seeker at all. Though, he was the master at keeping, where his team mates gave him the nick-name, "Master of the hoops." Which he held with pride as the captian of the Quidditch team for Gryffindor now.
Then Ali moved a little closer to Sirius, and put her hand on his knee. He let her rub her hand there as she spoke first to Pepper, and then to him, once again, her conversation focused around Keyton and Cam. What a surprise. Not. "Yes, well, I'm sure they're having much more fun without us. I dunno when they will be back." Sirius said to Ali, and then ran his large hand up from the bottom of hers, half way up her arm, then returned it to the table to grab his drink as she downed another shot. God, she was drinking faster than him today. Then again, Sirius had to meet up with his parents later, so drinking too much could be a problem.
Just then a girl walked into the pub, her long black hair swishing behind her, her emerald eyes scanning the familiar bar for anyone she knew. Which was hard to do considering her situation. She soon caught sight of a boy with dark hair, and not to her surprise, sitting with two girls. She wandered over to Sirius Potter, with a mischevious smirk on her face, but stopped several feet away to order a butterbeer. And pull out her wand and started to twirl it in her fingers as Kaylee often does when she is trying to decide which form of a spell she will cast on someone.
Then her drink arrived, and she changed her mind for once, pocketing her wand and moving over there. Kaylee Black was rather tall, but at her full height of 5'7", and very slender also. One other thing, Kaylee was not from this time. She was actually from the era of the Great Battle of Hogwarts. Of course, she could not tell anyone that, so Harry, being a friend of her's so "long ago" for them, and not so "long ago" for her, helped her come up with the story of having gone to another wizarding school previous to now. Only people in Harry's family knew so far, and that's the way Kaylee intended to keep it. Well, them and Tyler.
"Hey Sirius." she said, not taking a seat with him and the girls. "Just thought I'd say hi, and tell you how close you just came to having some weird thing happen to you. I had not decided which spell would have been worth the laugh though." she said with a -if you knew her- trademark smirk. Kaylee then turned to walk out and into Diagon Ally. "I'm going to find Tyler and leave you to your girls for now. If I see Harry or Ginny, I will be sure tell them you will be along in a couple hours, okay?" she said, receiveing a nod from him, and as the stunned look from her spell comment faded from his face. Then she left for Diagon Ally.
"Kaylee!" Sirius called back just before she left and she turned back. "If you had done anything, you can SO expect payback!"
And with that, Sirius went back to the chatting with Ali and Pepper, and Kaylee went off in search of Battre. When she reached the book store; Fourish and Blott's, and imeadiatly saw one of the only other people that were here age in this time that she knew. All her old friends were Adults, and she had to hope none of them would run into her while she was here... That would be hard to explain... "Hey, Tyler!" she said brightly, butterbeer bottle still in her hand as she walked up behind him.

Slightly started by Kaylee's sudden apperance Battre dropped the book he was reading. "Oh, hey. Sorry, I was reading something. When did you get here?" Battre picked up the rather new looking spell book and placed it back upon the shelf. Battre swished his wand and another came flying toward him from a stack that looked as if it was going to fall over.
Battre liked reading spell books, heck it was one of the things he had to get for Hogwarts. Sadly he hasn't found the right kind of spell book. He's gone through everything from plants to household chores, even including some defensive spell books. Nothing seemed right.
Battre was currently reading a Time Travel Spell Book. Time travel, the trickiest of all spells, if you don't get it right, well, you end up like Kaylee, stuck in a different time. "Are you going to Hogwarts with Sirius and I? I mean it'll be hard to explain a 'Kaylee Michelle Black' disappering not 24 years ago, then having one enroll now." Battre looked at a page that had a spell that could possibley slow time to a near stop, yet it looked extremely tricky and the warnings said that it could send you into either the past or future depending on what part you messed up on.

"I have no Idea where Pepper came from. My Dad kept calling me it for awhile, So I began to go by that." Pepper said absentmindedly. She was staring at some bug on the floor. If one was around, all her attention went to it. She hated them. They were always everywhere there was never a place without them.
Jasper was just walking down the street of Diagon Alley, when he saw who he thought was Pepper. He'd known her since they were both in the fourth grade. However, after they had gotten into different houses, then stopped talking altogether. He made his way into the bar and sat in a chair at her table. "Hey Pepper," He said as he sat, "Long time no see".
"Jasper?" She asked him as her attention went from the bug to Jasper. It'd been so long since they'd talked, that she totally forgot about him. "Its been so long...Where've you been?" she questioned. He probably hasn't been anywhere. She was probably too absorbed in school to even look for him. Since they were sorted into different houses, she forgot about him.
"I dunno. Earth, maybe?" He said in a teasing tone. He got up to get a butterbeer then sat back in his place. "Are these your friends?" he asked, scanning the boy and girl in front of him. He knew one of them was a Potter. She was a Gryffindor, so she's bound to meet atleast one. However, the girl he didn't recognize.
